How to Submit: Polygon Bounty Program

Polygon ecosystem projects that want to migrate to Akash server hosting may post a “job” on the Polygonithon board. Community members in the Akash ecosystem may assist in the migration process for a reward.

We will match up to 100 AKT per project for the developers or teams that migrate Polygon applications to Akash. All projects must be documented using the Statement Of Work template found here Statement of Work Template and all communication should be documented in the associated thread.

Polygon is a protocol and a framework for building and connecting Ethereum-compatible blockchain networks. Aggregating scalable solutions on Ethereum supporting a multi-chain Ethereum ecosystem.

Akash Network

Akash Network, the world’s first decentralized and open-source cloud, accelerates deployment, scale, efficiency and price performance for high-growth industries like blockchain and machine learning/AI. Developers leveraging Akash Network can access cloud computing at up to three times less than the cost of centralized cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.

Registration Process:

  1. Go to the forum Polygon-athon - Akash Community and find a project that is looking to migrate
  2. Reach out in reply on the statement of work thread and coordinate with the project owners. Document the agreement in a written reply to the forum thread with clearly defined statements of work and what defines a complete migration for that project.

Submission Process:

  1. Once the migration is complete in the forum thread, perform a handoff in the form of a project summary write up. The writeup must address the agreed objectives from the statement of work.
  2. @mods on the project for a review to be completed for the AKT matching award. AKT will only be paid out if all conditions of the SOW are met or a mutually agreed upon change request was documented in the thread.

What to Submit:

  1. A fully migrated application with live links and summary
  2. Completed submission forum thread with all deliverables from the submission process.

Judging Criteria:

  • Did the project migrate successfully to Akash network hosting?
